Fiona Messabih

Fiona Messabih reflexology

I am a reflexologist and a member of the National Register of Reflexologists Ireland (NRRI).

I work with adults and children who present with issues related to sleep, anxiety, stress, menopause symptoms and low energy.

I trained as foot reflexologist with Mary Goggin of the Irish Institute of Natural Therapy here in Cork and did further training in Reflexology for Special Needs and Menopause with Judy Buckley Reflexology NRRI. I also specialise in face reflexology (Catherine Clooney Concept FRCC).

I am also a qualified primary school teacher with extensive experience working with children with special needs (e.g. ASD, ADHD, SEBD). I find reflexology to be an effective, gentle, and non-invasive therapeutic tool that can further support children with additional needs to reach their full potential.
